- Deposit: A non‑refundable deposit secures your commission and covers initial design work.
- Creation: Your artwork begins. You’ll receive progress updates and can offer light feedback.
- Completion: Once finished, your piece is sealed, photographed, and prepared for delivery.
- Delivery: Your artwork is carefully packaged and shipped to you.

Pricing & Deposits
Commission pricing varies depending on size, materials, and complexity. Once we discuss your vision, I’ll provide a clear quote with no hidden fees.
A 50% non‑refundable deposit is required to secure your commission. This covers initial design work, materials, and your reserved *creation slot.*A creation slot is not confirmed until the deposit has been paid in full.
Full payment is due upon completion before dispatch.
Timeline
Most commissions take 2–6 weeks, depending on size and complexity. If you have a specific deadline (such as a gift or event), please let me know — I’ll always try to accommodate where possible.
Commission FAQ
Can I request changes during the process? Clients may request up to two refinements to the initial agreed brief during the creation stage. allowing for refinements in palette or detail. Please note that canvas size cannot be changed once work has begun.
What happens if I change my mind after I’ve paid a deposit for my commission? All deposits for commissioned and/or bespoke art work are non-refundable, so please take the time to ask as many questions as you need regarding your commission.
Can I choose the exact colours? Absolutely. Your palette is central to the commission. Although colours can appear differently in photos, examples, or on digital screens because of lighting and device settings, I work with these nuances to ensure the finished piece captures the tones and mood you envision.
Do you ship internationally? Yes — all commissions can be shipped worldwide.
